Project Description

Our cohort-based Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Social Justice (IDEAS) Fellowship combines IDEAS Generation’s existing community-building efforts, original content, professional networks, leadership development programs and client partnerships into a single, mission-scaling and field-building opportunity for IDEAS practitioners. This multi-year initiative will incubate and accelerate the capacity of next-generation leaders to advance IDEAS through skills-building intensives, mutual mentorship, compensated experiential learning and professional placement in social impact and nonprofit organizations. The IDEAS fellowship simultaneously addresses the demand and supply sides of systemic gaps in our sector (disconnected change agents, variable quality, limited professional onramps, price barriers) by helping connected cohorts of next-generation leaders access the professional development and resources to bring greater quality to IDEAS work while providing organizations with price accessible, sustained support.
